What is the Shulesoft System?

Shulesoft is designed with six interconnected modules: administration, accounts, academics, operations, digital learning, and communication. These modules work together to provide you with the best possible solution for your school.

1. Administration Module

This module allows you to add information about students, teachers, and other employees such as drivers and cooks. You can also use this feature to view teacher performance (KPIs) based on the reports they submit to the system. This helps you identify top performers and those who need to improve, ultimately contributing to a better school. The Administration module helps you add and access accurate information about all teachers, students, and other staff members.

2. Accounts Management

This module encompasses managing school fees, generating invoices, creating budgets, tracking and recording income expenditure, viewing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue, forecasting total revenue after collecting all student fees, payments, and government deductions for school staff salaries, and so on. This module comes with a feature of generating various reports, including graphical data representations or detailed tables outlining how school revenue has been utilized and what remains uncollected.

3. Academic Management

This feature involves assigning relevant subjects to each class and assigning teachers to each subject. It also allows for the recording of results, the generation of reports on results for each class, and the ability to customize the format of these reports and their recipients. The system empowers you to create reports in a style that aligns with your school’s practices. This means you can control what is displayed or not displayed on the report that a parent receives.

4. Digital Learning
