Exciting Accounting Upgrades – Here’s What’s New!
For the past three weeks, we’ve been working tirelessly to enhance the Accounting Module in ShuleSoft. Our goal is to provide a smoother, more efficient, and standardized experience for all our users. We are thrilled to inform you that these upgrades are almost complete! Here’s what’s new:
1. Enhanced Expenditure Recording
We noticed that some users had difficulties recording expenses accurately. To solve this, we’ve improved expenditure tracking to minimize confusion and streamline the recording process.
2. Improved Account Reports
We’ve upgraded the reporting system to make financial tracking easier and more reliable. You can now generate:
Income Statements for better profit and loss analysis.
Trial Balance to ensure your accounts are balanced.
Balance Sheets for a clear financial position overview.
3. Inventory Upgrades
Managing inventory is now even better with:
Itemization Option – Easily categorize and track individual items.
Warehouses Group Tracking – Monitor stock movement across multiple warehouses.
4. Standardized Chart of Accounts
To ensure consistency and accuracy, we’ve pre-defined all charts of accounts. If you need a custom chart, it will go through a verification process before approval.
5. What’s Next?
We’re now focusing on:
Standardized Reports to ensure all reports follow a consistent structure.
Bank Reconciliation to make sure your financial records match your bank statements effortlessly.
